Sally has more than 40 years’ experience in medical editing in all therapeutic areas as well as an extensive background in medical education. Before founding Chichester Associates Inc, she served as Senior Director, Editorial and Document Services, for Ingenix Health Education (now OptumHealth Education) and as Senior Medical Editor for Ciba-Geigy (now Novartis).
She is a graduate of Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, NY, with a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies.Terra M. Sumstine
Senior Editorial Director
Terra specializes in writing and editing both promotional and educational materials including simulated patient cases and literature reviews. She has also worked as a French to English translator for over 20 years.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in French and Russian from New York University in New York, NY.
Margaret C. Burns
Medical Editor
Margaret has over 25 years of experience in medical publishing and physician education. Some highlights include developmental editing on standard-of-care oncology reference books used worldwide; developmental editing on over 100 medical books; and editing, proofreading, and managing multiple medical journals. She attended VA Tech, Blacksburg, VA, for English literature.
Katie Prince
Medical Writer
Katie has worked as a journalist, a writing instructor, and a copyeditor. She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, her son, and her adorable dog and 3 cats, where she enjoys cooking, gardening, and creative writing. Katie holds a Bachelor's from St. John's College in Annapolis, MD, and a Master of Fine Arts from NC State University in Raleigh, NC.
